We craft all of our patches from genuine, high-quality vegetable-tanned leather. Each patch is engraved using our top-of-the-line fiber laser machine, ensuring precise and detailed results. After engraving, we apply a 3M adhesive sheet to securely bond the leather to a Velcro backing. Finally, we finish each patch with a thin layer of leather wax for added protection and a refined appearance.
